Floral Friday.
Dress: River Island
Boots: New Look
Belt: Primark
Ankle Bracelet: New Look
Bonjour!
Last night I went out for my friends birthday and had a delightful meal at the Harvester. The food was tip top and I even squeezed in a little desert afterwards (you must try the munchies sundae, it is heaven in a glass)
So, I decided this would be a good starting point for my little blog.
About a month ago I rummaged through the river island sale and found this chic floral print dress for fifteen pounds, from forty-five. As soon as I found my size I rushed to the counter and brought it, it screams me! The dress has a boho feel to it, and I can't wait to wear it during the summer. The back features a lace insert which continues to the front with a button detail.
I matched the dress with plain black tights (it was very cold) and some black heeled boots (pictured above) I absolutely adore these boots, but can never seem to be able to match them with an outfit. The boots gave this outfit a more relaxed, casual look which is what I was going for since the harvester isn't exactly the Ivy.
As you can see, my make up was kept to a bare minimum, with some lipstick and eyeliner to finish and complete the look.
Hopefully I'll be posting a few more items in May, but unfortunately I have five exams this month which I need to desperately revise for.
Thanks for checking this out!
