As I was walking down the stairs yesterday in New Look, a pretty paisley pattern caught my eye. I'm like a magpie when it comes to paisley patterns, I just love them! So as you can imagine I flew over there, pretty much like a magpie.
I've been desperate for a kimono for ages, so when I saw this one I died and went to heaven. The kimonos I've previously seen have either been rather expensive or an ugly pattern, but I instantly feel in love with this pattern, and the price!
The kimono was only £14.99 and New Look had a 20% student discount offer, so the price fell to only £11.99. A complete and utter bargain find!
The chiffon material makes the item lightweight and comfortable, you could easily forget you're wearing it. I can't wait to pair it with a cute pair of denim shorts in the summer and a simple cream/white top!
I will be updating you very soon on all of my other bargains, including a lush grey jacket from H&M!
Thanks!

Victoria's Secret Splurge
During my entertaining trip to London back in December, I invested in some, maybe not essential, body sprays and lotions. I am always hypnotised by the smells within the store and desired to smell the same, if possible.
The store had a pretty sweet deal on, five products for £30.00, which I thought was reasonable considering most products were £11.99 each. I brought body sprays in aqua kiss, mango temptation and sensual kiss, which all smell divine and exactly like the store. I then brought body lotions in mango temptation and such a flirt, which I haven't actually used yet!
Thanks!

Food and Catch-ups!
Hello my lovelies!
I visited the Harvester last night and had a good old catch up with one of my old school friends who I haven't seen since last June!
We ate ridiculous amounts of food, and even saved room for a nice ice cream sundae, whilst fitting in lots of gossip and chit chat.
I wore my cream lace dress from H&M which was purchased by my friends for my birthday, so I am unaware of the price! I teamed the dress with some thick, cosy tights from primark which are sooo comfy! They are priced at £3.50 a pair, but they are definitely worth the money, they keep you so warm! I wore my black Chelsea boots and my denim jacket to complete the outfit and kept my hair and make-up simple! I kept it very casual, but hadn't worn the dress in ages, so used the meal as an excuse!
I also wore my brown knitted scarf from new look as it was freezing cold outside! I cannot hack this weather.
Whilst deciding what to wear, I tried on my tweed blazer from my previous post(http://www.moustashaa.blogspot.co.uk/2013/12/clothes-show-2013) and it suited the dress really well! It gave the dress a more vintage feel, so I will be definitely be wearing this combination soon!

Great Hair Shampoo and Conditioner Moisture Drench: Review
After a recent visit to the hairdressers, my hairdresser announced the worst...my hair was dry.
I don't really do anything with my hair, I wash it, I dry it and I leave it. I use zero hair products, I don't really straighten or curl it and I sometimes hairspray it. I know, I'm a poor excuse of a girl.
So I thought that my hair would be in some sort of "good" condition, but sadly not. My hair tends to go really dry lately, and the ends tend to frizz, so my hairdresser recommended using Moroccan oil. Of course I had heard of Moroccan oil and knew many people that used it, but I couldn't justify the price when I didn't think my hair was that bad?
However, whilst shopping in Asda, me and my mom came across some shampoo and conditioner which stated it contained Moroccan oil and helped dry hair. The brand was Great Hair, and they were on offer for 3 for £10.00, so we brought one shampoo and two conditioners to try them out.
Unfortunately I am just a little disappointed with the product as, if anything, my hair feels in slightly worse condition. Upon using the shampoo and conditioner it felt icky and as if I needed to use far more than I am used too. Then, when I towel-dried my hair, it felt very dry and I was even unable to comb my hair in a pleasant manner!
However, I continued to use the product and it did get a little better, but not by much. My hair has become easier to comb and get through, but it terms of dryness, it has not improved. The products have kind of left me disappointed as I used both of the products together, which they recommended upon the bottle.
Any who, I think I may just go straight for plain Moroccan oil to use upon my hair and see how that goes!
Thanks!

2014
I hope you all had a super New Years Eve and celebrated the new year with friends, family and happiness!
As the new year approaches I always tend to reminisce and reflect upon the past year, and all in all I really can't complain about 2013. I turned eighteen, passed my driving test, saw One Direction in concert (three times),finished my AS Levels and had some amazing holidays.
In addition to all these significant events, I also feel like I've grown as a person, as generic as it sounds, it's true. I've finally figured out what I want to do with my life, and sorted out my priorities as a person. I've learnt valuable lessons via mistakes and alterations, that will probably stick with me forever.
So as 2013 fades away into the back of our minds, and 2014 makes a full appearance, I am optimistic. I feel as if 2014 is going to be a good year, for many different reasons...
So, I wish everyone a happy new year! I hope this year is as good as/or better than the last :)
Thanks! xxx

- Visiting London, Paris, Belgium and Amsterdam
- Concerts (1975, Little Mix, One Direction)
- Holiday to America with my family
- Finish my A-levels at Sixth Form
- Start university
So, I wish everyone a happy new year! I hope this year is as good as/or better than the last :)
